I don't intend to, Mami.
[ Really, he doesn't. In his own way, he thinks, no, he knows, he's helping these girls, and Mami was another lonely Puella Magi fighting for a cause that was pointless... wasn't it better to rescue her? And when the time came he'd just kill her instead of letting her become a Witch, a pitiful existence.
Oh, some of them did become Witches... but no, she didn't need that. ]

[ Ah... hm. It must be stange, to hear tales of a witch living underwater. But magic is versatile. The odd thing about it, though, once she gets to the beach near that sea--all that's there is a girl wearing a lot of red. Sure, she reads as strongly magical, but she's not quite a witch in the sense Mami may have believed. No barrier. Just a girl gazing out into the ocean, which seems oddly red during this blood-like full moon... almost... polluted. ]
Mm...
[ She will look back to her 'guest'. ]
... Strong magic, there. Elegant, even! But why would you come here?
[ She can't be much older than Mami herself. Even if her magic feels slightly off--dark, somehow--she still shows no sign of either a soul gem or any of the things that would constitute her as a Magical Girl OR a Witch, in the sense Mami knows them. How strange. ]
Well... the moon is very lovely tonight, so it's a good night for a walk.
